Description The object is made up of a narrow iron plate equipped with three teeth. The iron plate is narrowed towards its edges, it is split in that area and features two orifices in which a different item which probably featured a ring, was bolted. They used to be attached to the sole with the help of leather straps, and served to prevent slipping. One of the lateral pieces is missing as well as the ring from the other end. - Find-spot: Grădiştea de Munte – Dealul Grădiştii, commune of Orăştioara de Sus (Hunedoara county) - Dimensions: maximum length: 16,5 cm, plate length: 11,8 cm, plate width: 3 cm. - Material: iron - Execution technique: hot forging
