Description
It is a large piece, its upper side is made of two bars attached to one another in the shape of the letter “T” (the bar which would represent the upper hasta features a rectangular orifice in the middle, where the other bar fits). The three legs are as well large bars, rectangular in profile. Each leg fits in a different manner in the upper side of the item. One of the legs was not preserved.
Tripods were usually standing on the fireplace and served as holders for various vessels in which food was cooked.
