Description
The shears are shaped like the letter U, widened at the base and equipped with blades at the ends. The large majority of Dacian shears were made of iron. Similar in shape to present day shears, the shears from antiquity could be used both for shearing sheep and cutting people’s hair and for cutting textiles.
