Description
It is a massive piece with two arms. The first has a rectangular profile and it is slightly curved. The second arm has the aspect of an axe blade. The eye is placed in the median area, it is oval and has two rectangular lugs on each side.
This type of items known in expert literature by the name of dolabra, are often found in the Roman military environment and were used as tools especially for various types of land works (land clearing, parcelling land, demolition etc.)
