Description
This anvil has the shape of the letter “L”. Its lower side, which served for attaching it to a wooden stand, is massive and has the shape of a parallelepiped which ends in a pointy tip. The upper side, the active one, is almost conical. It was used for making rings or links of different diameters and different metals. This type of anvil could have been used both in jeweller and blacksmith workshops.
