Description
The hoe is one of the most common tools used in agriculture and in shaping the soil. This type of hoes is characterised by a massive, almost trapezoidal shape, a more or less curved edge and an oval socket. This type of artefacts is very frequent in the Dacian fortresses area in the Orăştiei Mountains, a few dozen are known from various archaeological contexts.
