Vessel foot with sign

Title
Vessel foot with sign
Description
The fragment was part of a pedestaled carrinated bowl, a form specific to Sarmizegtusa Regia. On the bottom, on the exterior, a graffito is visible. Such scratched signs in the paste of the vessels after firing, in less visible places, may be interpreted as property marks.
